Attributs du produit
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TUSC4 antibody (Catalog #: ARP50539_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Sujet
TUSC4 suppresses Src-dependent tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of PDPK1 and its downstream signaling. TUSC4 down-regulates PDPK1 kinase activity by interfering with tyrosine phosphorylation at the Tyr-9 Tyr-373 and Tyr-376 residues. TUSC4 may act as a tumor suppressor. TUSC4 suppresses cell growth and enhanced sensitivity to various anticancer drugs.
